Major Beach Soccer is returning to beautiful Clearwater Beach on July 8-9, 2017.

Friday, May 26, 2017 - 1:00pm to Monday, July 10, 2017 - 6:00am

On its 28th year as an elite and anchor host destination, Clearwater Beach is home to Major Beach Soccer Qualifying Tournament Series. Major Beach Soccer tournaments are for both, youth and adults teams competing for the chance to qualify to their National Championships in December.
Major Beach Soccer has been operating its Beach Soccer Tournament Series in Florida for nearly 30 years.

Clearwater Beach will be one of four sites of the 2017 Major Beach Soccer Summer Qualifying Tournament, joining Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Coquina Beach.

Major Beach Soccer offers 13 divisions for Youth, Co-ed and Adults and is a 5 vs. 5 game (4 field players plus a goalkeeper) played on small sided fields (30x40 yards) and smaller goals as well. Game duration is divided in three (3) 10 minutes periods. Roster sizes are up to 10 players and substitutions happen on the fly.

Beach Soccer is a unique and exciting version of the world’s game with its roots in Brazil and sanctioned by FIFA in 1992. The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup is held every two years. The next World Cup is April 27 through May 7 in the Bahamas.
